What Makes Students Indescribably Happy Here at ADM

What can possibly be cuter then a cat riding a pony? Not much, according to Hannah Borst. As soon as she was asked what makes her happy pulled up the cat/pony videos to share with the class.

What makes you indescribably happy? That one thing that as soon as you hear, see, or experience it you can’t help but feel joy and an overwhelming sensation of happiness fill your body. The kind of happiness that makes you smile from year to ear? That happiness can’t be ignored.

Many people, such as T.J. Klocke, would say their significant others make them happy. Even going to the movies or food makes them inexplicably happy.

For Hannah Borst, her happiness comes from some interesting places.

“Ponies make me so happy, and riding ponies. Cats also make me happy. When I see a cat riding a pony, I just can’t contain myself,” said Borst.

Maybe you’re like teacher, Kristen Harrell, and find joy hiking in the Colorado mountains.

“I remember driving into Colorado as a kid and seeing the mountains and just screaming and jumping in the car. I was always so excited. I still get that feeling when I see the mountains.” said Harrell.

Some people get deliriously happy just by capturing life’s adventures, like Connor Hodges. Photography has the ability to take people away. You can see new things, and nothing makes people like Connor Hodges happier than pure adventure.

We all have that one thing that makes us so happy we can’t contain ourselves. Each person is different. What makes you happy can be as simple as watching videos of cats riding horses. Or maybe it’s as sentimental as hiking through the Colorado mountains and remembering memories as a child.
