Marissa Gerleman is ADM’s Girls Soccer Athlete of the Month. She is a senior and the daughter of Corey and Andrea Gerleman.
Gerleman has been playing soccer since she was five years old and loves the team atmosphere as well as the speed of the game.
“It’s the only contact sport I play,” she said.
To Gerleman, being Athlete of the Month means that she has worked hard over the last four years and her coaches have seen it. She believes she has been honored with this title because of the leadership she provides to the team.

In honor of her achievements, Iowa Spring Manufacturing has donated $100 to the ADM Scholarship Foundation.
