It’s four year planning time again, and ADM’s extensive course catalog can be a mess to make sense of. How do you choose which classes to take? To help us answer this question, current students in the Culinary II, Individualized Reading, Home Construction and Maintenance and Visual Storytelling electives tell us what they think about the classes they’re taking this semester.

On a Wednesday in class, groups of Culinary II students make pizza using toppings of their choice. Freshman Brady Johns had Chef Kubiak first semester, for Culinary I, and now has Ms. Armstrong for Culinary II. "(Culinary II) Is really interesting," Johns said. "And cooking is a life skill that everyone's gonna need when they're older."
