May’s Girls Golf Athlete of the Month is Aubrey Winter. She is the daughter of Kelly and Amy Winter and is a senior this year.
Winter has been playing golf for 2 years and said she loves the sport because she enjoys having fun with a supportive team.
“It’s an honor to be recognized for all my hard work and improvement so far this season,” said Winter when asked what Athlete of the Month means to her.
She believes she has been honored for her noticeable improvement and consistent positive attitude throughout the year.

In recognition of her achievements, Iowa Spring Manufacturing has donated $100 to the ADM Scholarship Foundation.
