Paulson shows his wrestling pride by wearing his wrestling shirt, even not on meet days, and is honored for this nomination.

Justice Paulson is February’s Wrestling Athlete of the Month. He is the son of Dan and Charis Paulson. Paulson is a sophomore at ADM and has been wrestling for eight years.

Paulson loves wrestling because “you get out of it what you put into it.” If you work your hardest at practice, you’ll be successful on the mat.

Being Athlete of the Month means a lot to him; he’s worked really hard and it’s nice to know that people notice his work.

He believes he’s been nominated for Wrestling Athlete of the Month because he hasn’t missed a single practice. He works as hard as he possibly can, and if he makes a mistake, he builds off of it and learns from it.

In honor of Paulson’s achievements, Adel Health Mart has donated $100 to the ADM Scholarship Fund.
