Russell Braun is your January Teacher of the Month.  He was nominated by several students because they appreciate his positive attitude and willingness to help every student individually to become a better musician.

He has been a teacher for twenty-four years, nineteen at ADM.  He decided to become a teacher because he knew he had an aptitude for music and loves helping people.  His father always told him, “Whatever job you decide to do, make sure you love it.”

To him, being Teacher of the Month is pretty cool because it gives him more energy to moving in the right direction to helping students.
