Tammy Smith is one of December’s Teachers of the Month. Smith has been teaching for 14 years, including 10 years at ADM. She leads Students with IEPs, Peer Friends, the school store, Student Council and Speech team.

Before graduating from ADM, Smith always wanted to be a teacher. When she was younger she made her friends play school with her. She also wants people to know they are cared for and teach people to care for others.
