Karver Sutton is the son of Dave and Amy Sutton and is a junior at ADM High School. Sutton plays defensive tackle for the team and has participated in football since he was in 5th grade.
Sutton loves football because he enjoys the physical aspect of the game and the team comradery. When asked what he thinks he did to deserve the title, Sutton says, “I rallied some tackles and I helped my team win,” and “I applied good pressure on the other team.” Sutton feels honored to be named Athlete of the Game and he thinks that the entire defensive team deserves recognition for their hard work during the game.
As for the rest of the season, Sutton doesn’t want to focus too far into the future and would rather prioritize each and every week because “each week is a new challenge worth focusing on.”
In honor of his achievements Fuller Standard Service has donated $50 to the ADM Scholarship Foundation.
