Delaney Bertman, daughter of Kayleen and Sam Bertman, was selected as the Girls Basketball Student of the Month for January.

Bertman has been playing basketball for around 10 years. She loves the competitiveness of the sport and her teammates. “I’m a senior leader so that makes me an important part of the team,” she said about her status as an Athlete of the Month.

In honor of Bertman’s achievements, Fareway is donating $100 to the ADM Scholarship Fund.
