The reason behind Anna West’s ability to hit the golf ball so far might have something to do with hitting the weight room so often.

Anna West is the March Girls Golf Student of the Month. She is the daughter of Chuck and Jean West.

West has been playing golf for a long time – she estimated she was 7 or 8 years old when she started to golf. This is her second year on the ADM golf team.

Being with her amazing teammates and having fun are West’s favorite parts about golf.

Being Athlete of the Month is an honor to West. She believes she has been honored as Athlete of the Month because she is very dedicated to golf and she rallies the other girls on her team.

In recognition of her achievement, Adel Lions Club has donated $100 to the ADM Scholarship Foundation.
