Many could say that Grayson “carries” the ADM 6th man, especially on Friday nights. The ADM Student section brings an intense amount of energy and electricity to many different activities, especially football and Grayson plays a distinct role in leading the Tigers to victory.
“I have only missed 2 football games since my freshman year.” That is approximately 44 football games, including away games. Some away games included have been 2+ hour drives. So, to say Grayson is a devoted Tiger fan, would be an understatement.
Grayson initiates the chants for plays and touchdowns, and helped come up with themes for this football season. His favorite themes include “USA”, which took place on September 12th this season against North Polk, and “Frat”, which took place on October 10th against Glenwood.
“My favorite chant is “start the buses”, or when we sing silent night; basically anything that goes against the other team.” The “start the buses” chant usually occurs towards the end of the game, when the Tigers are ahead of the opposing team. Singing Silent Night is a good way to bring the whole student section together.
While being a part of the student section is fun, being on the field being cheered on by friends is special as well. “The student section makes you feel like you’re playing for all your friends and your school. He (Grayson) definitely makes the student section bigger and fun for [everyone] in it.” said Hudson Shull, the quarterback for ADM.

ADM plays in the first round of playoffs at home, against North Scott, Friday October 31st. It is safe to say no matter the outcome, Grayson, along with the entire ADM Student section will be cheering on the Tigers.
