Emily Burk, a 1st-year business teacher, was nominated for Teacher of the Month for January. This is Burk’s first year teaching both at ADM and in general. She loves working with kids and seeing them reach their potential. She chose business because she finds it “The most practicable and applicable to life”.

Some reasons Burk was nominated were that she is fun, chill, free, nice, and cool. Some students also said that she makes class fun and will help them through anything.

Burk is glad to know that she is making connections with her students and is glad that they are enjoying her class.
