Emma Bedard, an ADM high school teacher, is one of December’s Teachers of the Month. She has been teaching and has taught at ADM for 4 years. When asked why she decided to become an English teacher, she responds with “English is always something I have been passionate about, and I want to be someone that can help others. Being Teacher of the Month means a lot because it means I’m succeeding in making a difference, and it renews my love of teaching.” Bedard believes she was nominated by some of her advisory and English students because they tell her that she is very reliable, helpful, and welcoming.
