Gabe Parker is one of October’s Teachers of the Month. He has been a teacher for 7 years and teaches in ADM since he started teaching. This year is his first year teaching in the High school.

“I give students freedom and try to be great-understanding and patient, maybe this is the reason why I am nominated,” He said. Parker said he decided to be a teacher because he wanted to be a positive influence for teenagers and children.

“Business is very interesting and I really love numbers, these are the reasons why I am teaching business,” He said.

Being Teacher of the Month is a big honor for him. “It’s encouraging because sometimes I do not feel that I am doing a good job, but it is still having an impact with students,” He said.
