Mrs. Knipper is one of October’s Teachers of the Month.  She was nominated by students from the past because they said “she’s still my favorite teacher,” and current students in her classes because “she is super nice, and helpful when things are confusing.” 

Mrs. Knipper has taught for 15 years and this is her fourth year at ADM.  She decided to teach after she became burned out with her journalism path in college. “I wanted to make a difference and English just made sense with my Journalism background.” 

Her response to being named Teacher of the Month is, “I like it because I’m nominated by the student which makes it very special!”
