This September, 2021, Devon Allbee was honored as a Teacher of the Month. She is going on her fourth year of teaching and has been teaching at ADM for all four of those years.

Allbee said she “became a teacher because I like being able to help others, I love forming authentic connections.” She also said that she chose to teach English because it’s an essential skill for “developing independent thinking skills.”

Being a Teacher of the Month means a lot to Allbee because it makes her very happy to have a comfortable learning environment for her students. She also mentioned that “it will be a great year with all of my students.”
