A teacher of the month of December is Tammie Smith. She has been teacher for 16 years and has taught at ADM for 12 years.

Tami decided she wanted to become a teacher because her dad was a teacher, “I thought that was really awesome while I was growing up. I’ve never wanted to be anything else.” She says that she is honored and thankful for the job that she loves. She is glad that the students know she cares.
