Liv Rickert is May’s Girls Golf Student of the Month. She is the daughter of Clay and Gretchen Rickert.

Rickert started playing golf as a freshman. She loves golf because “it is a individual and team effort, you excel as individuals and compete as a team.”

To Rickert being Athlete of the Month is “really cool that I was chosen to represent golf and the sport that I play for Adel.”

She believes that she was honored because she’s “made a lot of progress, having never played before freshman year. I continue to grow and better myself and my team.”

In recognition of her achievement, Sumpter Pharmacy has donated $100 to the ADM Scholarship Foundation.
