Rhyan Miller, Director of Visual Media
Hello, my name is Rhyan. I am a senior, and this is my second year on staff. I decided to come back because of the community I experienced in this class. I also had a lot of fun directing Black & Red TV and get to do that again this year. I plan to experiment more with digital cameras because I didn’t use them for many stories last year. Beyond this class, I plan to work on overcoming my procrastination problem, as it has been a significant struggle for me in the past. In addition to journalism, I’m involved in many other extracurricular activities, such as speech, theater, cross country, National Honor Society, ProStart team, student council, and track and field. I love being around people, even though at first I can be shy; it only takes a few minutes for me to warm up to you.
