Emily Pottebaum- January Band Student of the Month
Emily Pottebaum is the Fine Art Student of the Month being recognized for band. Emily is the daughter of Amy and Scott Pottebaum. She is a senior at ADM.
Emily is involved in concert band and jazz band. Emily has held positions as section leader for front line in marching band and section leader for flute in concert band. “I learn about leadership and music,” she said.
Fine Art activities are for anyone and everyone! Emily says, “They’re for everybody not a certain type of people. It’s really rewarding once you create what you’re trying to create.”
Earning the title of Band Student of the Month is a great honor for Emily to earn. “I put a lot of time into fine arts and I work hard at it,” she says.
Lincoln Savings Bank donated $100 to the ADM Scholarship Foundation in support of Emily’s achievements.
