Mrs. Blok is the January teacher of the month. Blok has been teacher for three years and this is her second year at ADM. Blok teaches the business classes at ADM and has started the DECA program this year. She will be taking two students to Orlando, Florida this April to compete in the international competition.

The February Fine Arts Student of the Month is Caleb Klassen for AcDec. He is the sophomore son of Bob and Tara Klassen. He is involved in AcDec, band, Boy Scouts, eSports, Student Council, Thespian Society, Key Club, and National Honor Society. Through these activities, he’s learned hard work, communication and leadership skills, and the importance of being yourself. Klassen believes others should participate in fine arts because “they are fun” and “they can help grow yourself in a fun way”. To him, being a Fine Arts Student of the Month means a lot because his hard work is paying off. It also means Ms. LR knows he’s working hard. He also believes he was honored for the enthusiasm he comes to practice with. In honor of his hard work in AcDec and other activities, Lincoln Savings Bank has donated $50 to the ADM Scholarship Foundation.

Galentine’s brunch calls for a delicously, gooey batch of cinnamon rolls. “These were made with heavy cream, extra butter, and additional brown sugar.” stated Genevieve Book who made them that morning.
