Jett Zeigler, senior and son of Josh and Jessie Zeigler, has been named the Fine Arts Student of the Month for May. He was chosen for this award because of his involvement in art classes.
Zeigler has a passion for animation, drawing, and music. He has shown his creativity in all these fields, both in art classes and during his free time. He believes that his art classes have helped him gain valuable experience in drawing and have allowed him to try new things like shading. Zeigler won a ribbon at the art fair this year for his art of a dog head. He recommends that people take art classes if they are interested in anything creative.
“If they are interested in art, these classes are a good place to start,” Zeigler shared.
He said that he believes he was given this honor because of the work he has done in art class and the compliments he has gotten on his creations. This award reassured him that the work he has put in has been universally liked.
To celebrate his accomplishments, Lincoln Savings Bank will be donating $100 to the ADM Scholarship Foundation.
