Approximately 1-2% of the world’s population is born with red hair. The shades can range from strawberry blonde to dark auburn, but most people with red hair share unique traits.

Many myths surround individuals with red hair. Some claim that all gingers are Irish, while others may say that redheads can’t control their temper. Some myths even go as far as to announce that gingers have no souls. With so many misconceptions surrounding this unconventional hair color, what is actually true about our fiery-haired friends?
