Kirsten Kilker

Q: Why did you choose to work out here at ADM?
A: I think it’s easier to work out here rather than to drive somewhere else.
Q: What gives you motivation?
A: Being the better version of myself and having more success in the sports gives me motivation to do more.
Q: What is your goal, and why do you work out?
A: My goal is to improve myself and be better at track because this is what I’m planning to do in college.
Q: What advice would you give to people who want to start working out and be physically active?
A: I advise them to go with their friends. Sometimes it’s hard, so you need someone to push you, and you can help each other.

Q: Why did you choose to work out at a personal gym?
A: I decided to work out in a personal gym because it’s fun to go there with my friend.
Q: What gives you motivation?
A: Being in a good environment and having my friend show up at my house every day and ask – “Do you want to go to the gym?” I can’t say no, so we always end up going. It’s hard, but I am also enjoying the process and the feeling that I am doing something good and healthy.
Q: What is your goal, and why do you work out?
A: The main reason is to be in shape and recover from my knee injury. Workouts really help!
Q: What advice would you give to people who want to start working out and be physically active?
A: Start with easy workouts. If you are super sore after your workout, just take the rest of the day off! Push yourself but also concentrate on your recovery.
