What Lillians Listening To: Week of 12/1/19

This week I’ve been listening to mostly calmer, acoustic music, like “Tribulation” by Matt Maeson, but I’ve also been listening to a few upbeat, fun songs like “Float On” by Modest Mouse (this is my favorite song ever). I’m a huge fan of layered vocals, which “Rivers and Roads” by The Head and the Heart is a great example of. I recently saw Andrés in concert so my favorite song by him, “Andréspacito”, has been stuck in my head. “Going Away” is unique pop-punk song by a Chicago band, When the Sun Sets, that is in the process of making it big and I really love the lyrics and emotion throughout the song. I really enjoy Spanish music, so “Sofia” by Alvaro Soler and “Desencuentro” by Residente appear on this playlist. Click here for a link to a playlist of what I’ve been listening to this week.
