One of the February Teachers of the Month is Robin West. She has been teaching for eight years, five of them here at ADM.

She became a teacher because she wanted to open up new opportunities for her students, so they wouldn’t be stuck later on because kids have lots of potential and just need doors to be open for them.

She chose computer sciences because it was a new challenge in a growing field. Employers and companies are always desperate for skilled workers in the computer science industry, and she loves creating things digitally.

To her, like many teachers, being a Teacher of the Month means more jeans days.
