Caleb Herrick – February’s Boys Basketball Athlete of the Month

Caleb Herrick is February’s Boys Basketball Athlete of the Month.  He is a senior and the son of Tom and Krysten Herrick.

Herrick has been playing basketball since he was in 5th grade. He enjoys the sport because it is fun and he likes playing with his teammates. Herrick also enjoys dunking, or as he says, “catching ‘oops”.

When asking Herrick what being an Athlete of the Month means to him he said, “I’m very proud of myself because I overcame adversity.”

Herrick thinks he has been honored as Athlete of the Month because all his hard work in games and practices is finally coming together.

In recognition if his achievements, Patrick’s Restaurant has donated $100 to the ADM Scholarship Foundation.
