A Whole New Rhythm: ADM Singers

Students in the ADM choir faced a new change this year:  Choir Director Greg Woodin has kickstarted two choirs to balance out the staggering number of incoming singers.

ADM Singers meets fourth hour, and their designated goal for the year is to work through All-State music and take their vocal abilities to the next level. Their first concert will be Tuesday, October 20th.

Woodin is excited for the music this year, as it focuses around themes that keep the teenage vocalists interested. The two choirs also give him more freedom in picking music and setting up concert arrangements. All this being said, Woodin’s favorite part of choir remains with the kids.

“I love having the kids in there and I like making good music, so when it sticks, it’s a lot of fun. And when the kids buy into it, it’s a lot of fun. And when the kids work hard, it’s a lot of fun.”
