On January 12th, 2022 Girls Wrestling became a sanctioned sport in Iowa. The girls wrestling team at ADM is a combined team with the girl wrestlers from Waukee, Waukee Northwest, and Van Meter, called Racoon River Wrestling. The team practices at the Waukee Northwest facility. James Biscoglia is the coach of the RRW and previously coached the Van Meter boys team. I went to the first ever RRW meet at Waukee Northwest to watch history be made.
