Inception (2010)

Have you ever had a dream that felt so real that you thought it was a reality, but then wake up to find out you were just dreaming? In this film, Dom Cobb (Leonardo DiCaprio) is a thief with the rare ability to enter people’s dreams and steal their secrets from their subconscious. His skill has made him a hot commodity in the world of corporate espionage but has cost him everything he loves. Cobb gets a chance for redemption when he is offered a seemingly impossible task: plant an idea in someone else’s mind. If he succeeds, it will be a perfect crime. But a dangerous enemy from Cobb’s past anticipates his every move.

This movie is the first of the 2 movies in the Tenet franchise. It was released on July 13th, 2020. IMDb ratings are 8.8/10 and the percentage on rotten tomatoes is 87%. The Director is Christopher Nolan who also directed The Dark Knight, Dunkirk, and Interstellar. This movie also made $836.8 million USD at the box office.

For me personally, I always love movies with actors like Tom Hardy and Leonardo DiCaprio. This film is so full of imagination, action, drama, trust, and very abstract. I would personally rate this film a 9.8 out of 10 because even though the amount of action and imagination put into the film, it was a little difficult trying to keep a hold on understanding how and why events were played out.
