After her first three years of teaching at ADM, Ms. Allbee has made quite the impact on her students. Originally Allbee planned to teach Elementary Ed, but once her and her professor realized her passion for teaching English, she was convinced to switch.

As the November Teacher of the Month, Ms. Allbee feels honored because this has made her feel like she has really connected with her students.

“I am thankful for the students that conspired together to get me nominated haha! I think some of my students appreciate that my classroom is a space that they can feel comfortable in, even if English is not their favorite subject!” said Allbee.

Ms. Allbee grew up surrounded by teachers, her mom, aunts, and her grandma were all teachers, which is actually want pushed her to become such an amazing teacher. ADM is lucky to have Ms. Allbee!
