December Fine Arts Student of the Month: Grace Hatchitt
Grace Hatchitt is one of the Fine Arts Student of the Month of December. She is in 11th grade and is the daughter of Mindy Huntoon and Chris Hatchitt.
Hatchitt is involved in many activities including cross country, Speech, Yearbook and play. These activities have taught her to work with others, be a leader, and push through when things get difficult. Hatchitt takes positions as a leader and is a photo editor in Yearbook.
Hatchitt believes others should participate in Fine Arts activities because “It’s about working together in activities like play, it’s not all about being an actor, it’s about being a team.” She thinks that working together with different groups of people and being involved is important.
Being honored Fine Arts Student of the Month means a lot to Grace because it means she has a lot of creativity and helps other people.
She believes she’s been honored because she knows what she’s doing and she is proud of her work in classes like Yearbook. She also helps others when she completes her work. She is passionate about her activities.
In recognition of her achievements, Lincoln Savings Bank has donated $100 to the ADM Scholarship Foundation.
