Beth Knipper is one of September’s Teacher’s of the Month.  She is an English teacher here at ADM and loves her job due to the fact she gets to read, write, and have a huge impact on kid’s lives.  Mrs. Knipper was nominated by Holland Zwank, Julia Case, and Lily Sparling.  All of which reached a consensus that Mrs. Knipper is an amazing teacher and always wants the best for her students.  She has been a teacher for 11 years, and this 2017-18 school year marks her 8th year at ADM.  Mrs. Knipper became a teacher because she wanted to help make a difference in kid’s lives and be able to watch them grow and improve.  Her favorite aspect of being Teacher of the Month is that it’s a student nomination process and it shows people care, rather then being picked randomly.
