Brick Street Bakery is a super cute and a fun spot to just chill and hangout. Their hours are 6 am to 2 pm Monday through Friday. They are working on being open Saturdays as well, but they are short staffed at the moment.

Brick Street staff member Sadona says, “It’s best to come in the morning when we first open for the day because there is more of a selection and there is a certain time of the day where we stop baking for the day and what you see is what you get. So, everything is fresher and there is a better selection in the morning.”

She was right. I went at around 11 am and the selection was very small. However, it was all very tasty and satisfying. I went again the next morning at 7:30 and the selection was bigger but still not amazing.

It was very reasonably priced, and their goods were nice quality and delicious (I recommend the bread loafs and the chocolate cookies). The staff that was on duty at the time I went were very kind and helpful.

The bakery has only been open since January and there is still a lot of work to be done to the bakery to make it unique and it’s own. As of right now, it is still a cute place to hang with your squad in the morning, eat donuts, and gossip until your ears fall off. Just make sure you get there early enough for the best selection!
