The February 2024 Wrestler of the Month is Travis Jacoby. Son of Beth and Chip Jacoby, he has been wrestling for seven years and is currently in his second year of wrestling at ADM High School. Jacoby says his favorite thing about the sport is the feeling of winning his matches and having fun at practice with his teammates.
Being named Athlete of the Month is very important to Jacoby and he is very appreciative of this opportunity. When asked why he thinks he’s been nominated as athlete of the month for wrestling, Jacoby said, “Probably because I’ve been to every practice and I’ve worked very hard.”
In honor of his hard work and determination, the Adel Health Mart has donated $100 to the ADM Scholarship Foundation.
