Clair Roorda, daughter of Adam and Brittney Roorda is the January Wrestling Cheerleader of the Month. She is a sophomore and has been cheering for a total of four years, and on the high school cheerleading team for two years.
Roorda’s favorite parts of cheering are the family aspect of the team and the friends she has made through the sport. She believes that she has been honored because of the kindness and hard work she has contributed to the team over the last two years. She is honored by this achievement because ” it shows people see the hard work I put in every day.”
In recognition of her achievements, the Adel Vision Clinic has donated $100 to the ADM Scholarship Foundation.
