September 2023 Fine Arts Student of the Month is Sam Peters. He is the 12th grade son of Heather and Mel Peters and is being recognized for his participation in the ADM band.

Sam has been involved in band for all four years of high school whilst participating in marching band, jazz band, pep band and held the leadership position of drum major for two years. He claims that he has been able to work on his leadership skills and problem solving, while learning to adapt and be flexible as conflicts arise. He continued by saying that being Fine Arts Student of the Month is an honor because it makes him feel as though his hard work has payed off.

He encourages other students to be involved in fine arts activities because, “it’s a good experience; you can make a lot of memories and meet new people from other grades or different friend groups that you may not have met otherwise”.

In honor of his achievements, Lincoln Savings Bank donated $100 to the ADM Scholarship Foundation.
