Lauren Hagedorn is ADM’s May Girl’s Track Athlete of the Month. Hagedorn is a freshman and the daughter of Josh and Kris Hagedorn.

Hagedorn has been involved in Girl’s Track since she was in 7th Grade. She loves getting to know her teammates and all the different people she meets throughout the season. She enjoys interacting with those whom she may not interact with in other sports, using this as a way to build her relationship with her team.

When asked what it means to her to be named Girl’s Track Athlete of the Month, Hagedorn responds, “It means that all of my hard work has paid off, and all that I have accomplished means something.” Hagedorn thinks she is being honored with this title because of her great improvements since the beginning of the season.

In recognition of her achievements, Adel Rotary Club will donate $100 to the ADM Scholarship Foundation.
