Kendal Book, senior of Jason and Kelli Book, is the November 2022 Student of the Month.

Book has a 4.0 GPA. Her favorite classes are currently: AP Lang & Comp because Mrs. Basinger keeps the class fun, Spanish IV because Senora Baier is fun and lets them have fiestas and Ag Production because the class is laid back and fun. Book is involved in Golf, Student Council, NHS and FFA. Each of these activities has taught her the importance of communication and improved her leadership and public speaking skills. She volunteers at the elementary during her open periods, Lions Club, her church and more.

After high school Book plans to continue her academic career at the University of Kansas majoring in Speech-Language Pathology, with a potential minor in either Business or Communications. Book would advise others to communicate with their teachers on everything in order for a successful academic future.

Book is happy to be named Student of the Month because it shows all the work she has put in. She believes she was given the title because of all the ways she is involved in the school and her community.

In recognition of her achievements, Raccoon Valley Bank has donated $1oo to the ADM Scholarship Foundation.
