October’s Cheer Athlete of the Month is Kyla Christianson. She is the daughter of Casey and Katrina Christianson and is a senior this year.

Christianson joined the sport her freshman year, and has been cheering ever since. She said she cheers because, “I enjoy pumping up the crowd at football games, and being involved with the team.” To Christianson, Athlete of the Month means that she is doing a good job and that all her hard work is paying off.

She believes that she has been honored because she puts in the hours and dedication, and helps participate in all aspects of ADM cheer.

In recognition of her achievements, Adel Health Mart has donated $100 to the ADM Scholarship Foundation.
