November’s Student of the Month, Jackson Banwart

Jackson Banwart, son of Leslie and Bart Banwart, is November’s Student of the month. Jackson has a 4.0 GPA, and his favorite classes have been athletic enhancement, financial literacy, and band. The reason he enjoys these classes are that they allow opportunities for application to real-life and he finds them enjoyable. In high school, Jackson has been involved in band and baseball. From these activities, he has learned leadership skills and how to take responsibility. Jackson is also involved in volunteer opportunities at Restoration church. He is planning on attending Northwestern, and majoring in sports management. Jackson is honored to be student of the month and he believes that it shows his teachers recognize his hard work. Jackson’s advice to others is to “find a good balance of school and extracurricular activities.”

In recognition of his achievements, Raccoon Valley Bank has donated $100 to the ADM scholarship foundation.
