Gabriel Heitz, son of Ann and Eric Heitz, is October’s Student of the month. Gabe has a 4.0 GPA, and his favorite classes have been athletic enhancement, Spanish, and psychology. The reason he enjoys these classes are that they allow opportunities for collaboration and new learning experiences. In high school, Gabe has been involved in FCA, NHS, student council, football, and track. From these activities, he has learned leadership skills and a strong work ethic. Gabe is also involved in volunteer opportunities including Camp Invention, youth football, and ADM’s annual blood drive. He is undecided in his future plans but knows that he wants to continue his experiences in football. Gabe is honored to be a student of the month and he believes that it shows his teachers take notice of his attentive nature. Gabe’s advice to others is to “pay attention and work hard.” 

In recognition of his achievements, Raccoon Valley Bank has donated $100 to the ADM scholarship foundation.
