Ty Hook  is one of October’s Kiwanis Students of the Month.  He is the son of Jodi and Trever Hook.  He has a 4.01 GPA and his favorite classes include shop classes and wood working.  He stays involved in school by participating in activities like NHS, FCA, and Student Council. He is also a Football player at ADM.

Outside of school activities, Ty volunteers at numerous places around the school.

After graduating from high school, Ty plans to attend UNI for construction management.

To Hook, being Kiwanis Student of the Month is an honor, “I’m really involved in school and always try my hardest in everything I do. It is a big honor for me to be Kiwanis student of the month.”

Hook’s advice to everyone is to “Do your best, try a lot of things in your life.”

In recognition of his achievements, Kiwanis of Adel has donated $50 to the ADM Scholarship Foundation.
