Megan Olson, daughter of Kelli and Scott Olson, participates in a wide variety of fine arts. Over the years, she has been in concert band, jazz band, marching band, concert choir, jazz choir, and Speech. In those activities, she has held the leadership positions of a choir section leader and marching band drum major. She believes that people should join fine arts activities because they are fun, collaborative, and they can teach students a lot about teamwork. To Megan, being a Fine Arts Student of the Month means that she was nominated because she is very trustworthy to make a good example. Megan also believes that she was honored as a Fine Arts Student of the Month “because they think I’m a good leader or something?”

In honor of her achievements, Lincoln Savings Bank has donated $100 to the ADM Scholarship Foundation.
