One of the November Teachers of the Month is Nolan Gitch. He’s been in the field of education for five years now, and the last two have been here at ADM.

He was nominated by several students in the building and a lot from his Psychology class. Most of his responses have been from how he has kept positive relationships with students. He wanted to be a teacher because he liked the community atmosphere being in education provides.

He also said along with that “I also feel that one of my strengths as an individual is working with people and I couldn’t imagine a better way to do that than through educating students and coaching student- athletes. I find the most joy working with students and the relationships I build with them give my job more meaning than most probably students realize.”

Mr. Gitch said “Being Teacher of the Month reaffirms the purpose of why I became a teacher. Knowing that this is voted on by students shows that I have established positive relationships with students.”
