Molly Longman is one of this month’s Teachers of the Month. She has been teaching for a total of 13 years, and all 13 have been at ADM.

She was nominated by 8 students, some from her English classes and some from theater. She feels like she receives Teacher of the Month during show month because her students notice her hard work and positive energy. Mrs. Longman wanted to become an English teacher because when she was in school, she always admired her teachers´ passion and compassion. She wanted to do the same in her professional career for other students like her.

When asked what being Teacher of the Month mean to her, she replied, ¨It is reassuring to me that I am doing something right. It’s a great reminder that I am making a difference.¨
