Junior Sean Whitson, son of Ryan and Laura Whitson, is the October Fine Arts Student of the Month for auditioning for All-State choir. Sean is involved in many activities, including being the thespian president, varsity choir, and dance. He has learned many valuable skills with theater teaching him to collaborate with others and dance, learning to have confidence with his skills.

Sean believes that people should be involved in fine arts because “it’s so much fun! You learn so many life skills while having a great time. There’s something for everyone!” He thinks he has been honored as Fine Arts Student of the Month because he works hard and is positive, making people feel welcome.

In recognition of Sean’s achievements, Lincoln Savings Bank has donated $100 to the ADM Scholarship Foundation.
