Although some may ask, “what gives you the passion to want to roll on the ground with another man, in a tight uniform,” Smidt doesn’t take that into affect at all. As a freshman on the team, he has many years ahead of him to get to state. With this year at a close, Smidt is willing to work hard next year to get a chance at state.
